Professional focus
Stefan advises clients on the issues of IT law, software law, domain name law, contract law, copyright and Intellectual Property law in general. He has helped develop MSA IP’s anti-piracy practice, with particular focus on software piracy, for which Stefan’s team has represented a number of leading software companies. Stefan is involved in investigations into allegations of piracy, pre-litigation activities, and enforcement of rights in civil, administrative or criminal proceedings.
He is an active member of several professional organizations, including ECTA, where he serves as a member of the Internet Committee, INTA, where he serves as a member of the Internet Committee, and IT IP Law Group Europe.
He is also UDRP panelist before WIPO and Czech Arbitration Court.
Stefan is a member of the Steering committee of the Non-governmental Organization for providing free legal aid via Internet “Pro Bono” since 2011.
